Time savings were significant. By eliminating spreadsheet preparation and consolidation, the team saved approximately two days at the beginning and two days at the end of each planning cycle. Leader reports became instantly accessible, removing hours of reporting preparation. Compensation statement creation and distribution took four to five fewer hours than before, and additional setup time was eliminated each year. Overall, the team saved at least 40 hours of work per week.

Security improved through built-in audit trails and change tracking. The HR team gained clear visibility into who made changes and when, removing the risk of misdirected emails and improving confidence in data handling.
