Inova Health System operates five hospitals across Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. region. With approximately 27,000 employees and complex pay structures, the organization faced growing compensation planning challenges every cycle.

Before CompLogix, Inova managed merit planning entirely through spreadsheets distributed across 600 leaders. Consolidating hundreds of individual files into one master document was incredibly burdensome.

The Solution
